Italian Dressing
- 6 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar because it was all I had)
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (I added an extra 1 Tbsp because I like dressings to be a bit more acidic)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp dried crushed red pepper
- pinch of oregano
- salt to taste
- Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until combined and smooth. It should look creamy.
